Andhra Fish fry

Ingredients:
  1. Fish(salmon) -3 pieces
  2. Dhaniya(coriander seeds) -1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder -2 tbsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. ginger garlic paste -2tbsp
  6. onion (small) -1

Preparation:

Fry coriander seeds and make its powder,mix it with red chilli powder ,ginger garlic paste,salt,and onion paste.Add all this paste to fish pieces and marinate them for 30 min.Take

a frying pan and put some oil and fry these fishes until they become golden brown..enjoy this dish with you friends and family

Andhra Allam Pachadi

Ingredients:
  1. ginger (small pieces) -3tbsp
  2. coriander seeds(dhaniya) -1/2tbsp
  3. jeera -1/2tbsp
  4. tamarind -1/2tbsp
  5. jaggery -1tbsp
  6. salt
  7. red chili powder -1tbsp

Preparation:

  1. chop ginger into small pieces
  2. fry coriander seeds,ginger,jeera,tamarind in very little oil(1tbsp) for 1or 2 minutes
  3. grind this above fried items and add jaggery,salt,red chili powder and grind it again

Andhra Allam Pachadi will be ready in just five minutes..enjoy it with idli,dosa and rice

Andhra onion pakodi

Ingredients:

  1. onion (big) - 1
  2. curryleaves(karvepaaku) - 10 leaves
  3. ginger - small piece
  4. sengapindi() - 2 cups
  5. water - very little
  6. green chili - 3
  7. redchili powder - 1/2tbsp
  8. salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. chop onions in to long slices ,chop green chili and curry leaves in to small pieces,make ginger paste
  2. Take a bowl and add senagapindi ,chopped onions,green chili, ginger,salt ,red chili powder and mix it well with hands
  3. Add little water to this mixture
  4. Take a spoon and drop little mixture of this batter in to hot oil and deep fry it ,onion pakodi will be ready in just 10 minutes,,Enjoy it with your loved ones.

Andhra Masala Vada

ingrediants:

  1. senagapappu -- 2 glasses
  2. green chilli -6
  3. curry leaves or karvepaaku - 10leaves
  4. onion(medium) - 1
  5. ginger - 1/2 tbsp
  6. salt to taste

preparation:

soak sengapappu in water for 80min..and grind it in grinder ..dont make a smooth paste..chop onions.green chili and curry leaves to small pieces and mix this batter with green chilli,onion,curryleaves,ginger,salt...take a plastic cover and put some water on it and rub it after that put batter on plastice paper and make round flat balls...fry them in hot oil..delicious masala vada will be ready in just 10 min..enjoy with ur friends or family

Andhra Muntha Masala

Ingredients :

  1. murmuraalu or (puffed rice) - 5 cups
  2. onion (medium) - 1
  3. chili - 2
  4. carrot (small) - 1
  5. lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  6. chili powder - 1tbsp
  7. salt to taste - 1 tbsp
  8. tomatoes (small) - 2 tbsp
  9. groundnut - 2tbsp
  10. putnalu - 1 tbsp
  11. ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tbsp

cooking :

  1. take puffed rice or murmuraalu in a bowl and stir fry it for 1min and then keep it aside.
  2. fry groundnut in 1tbsp oil and mix it in puffed rice
  3. chop onion,tomatoes,chili,carrot
  4. mix all the above chopped items in to the puffed rice bowl
  5. add lemon juice ,chili powder,salt,putnalu

ENJOY MUNTHA MASALA in just five minutes
