- onion (big) - 1
- curryleaves(karvepaaku) - 10 leaves
- ginger - small piece
- sengapindi() - 2 cups
- water - very little
- green chili - 3
- redchili powder - 1/2tbsp
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- chop onions in to long slices ,chop green chili and curry leaves in to small pieces,make ginger paste
- Take a bowl and add senagapindi ,chopped onions,green chili, ginger,salt ,red chili powder and mix it well with hands
- Add little water to this mixture
- Take a spoon and drop little mixture of this batter in to hot oil and deep fry it ,onion pakodi will be ready in just 10 minutes,,Enjoy it with your loved ones.
