- ginger (small pieces) -3tbsp
- coriander seeds(dhaniya) -1/2tbsp
- jeera -1/2tbsp
- tamarind -1/2tbsp
- jaggery -1tbsp
- salt
- red chili powder -1tbsp
Preparation:
- chop ginger into small pieces
- fry coriander seeds,ginger,jeera,tamarind in very little oil(1tbsp) for 1or 2 minutes
- grind this above fried items and add jaggery,salt,red chili powder and grind it again
Andhra Allam Pachadi will be ready in just five minutes..enjoy it with idli,dosa and rice
